Adult visitors (18 or older) must sign a Release and Indemnification Agreement

Minors (under 18) must have a Release and Indemnification Agreement signed by an adult on their behalf.
If entering without their parent or guardian they must show cafe staff a copy of the parent’s ID.
Children under 14 are not allowed into the cafe without an accompanying adult. Please see our rules.

Online waivers are valid for one calendar year.
If preferred, paper waivers can be completed instead but will need to be signed upon each visit to the cafe.
Paper waivers are available in the cafe foyer.
